The lawyer Roberto Croce

Following his father's footsteps - Mr. Antonino Croce, expert in public law and author of numerous works on social security law – on March 18th 1985 Roberto graduated with honors from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" as a “Magister Doctor of Law”.

His thesis on Criminal Law was published on the Journal "Temi Romana" by the Bar of Rome (Giuffre Ed, April-June 1985).

He took part in the communications of the study committees established by the ‘Bar of Rome’  for the XVIII Juridical-Forensic National Congress, and on 28th March 1987 he was announced Secretary of the XVI Panel of Young Lawyers and received the “gown of honour’.

Since passing the qualifying examination on 16th July 1987 he has been registered at the Bar of Rome.

In July 1994 he set up his own law firm.

In May 2007 he became a member of the Special Bar of Counsels qualified to practise before the Supreme Court and other High Courts.

In the same year he became a member of the Roll of Arbitrators at the CAI - Italian Chamber of Arbitration - for settlement of civil and commercial disputes.

On 15th May 2013 he was admitted to the Roll of Solicitor of England and Wales at the Law Society of London (SRA n.541663, uncertificated).

In July 2013 he became a member of the A.E.R.E.C. (European Academy for Economic and Cultural Relations, established as a department of the National Body for the development of Industry, Commerce and handicraft).
